MOVEMENT

Mindful Movement is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Our mindful movement classes offer a unique blend of gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques.

Each class has a body & mind theme (support/strength/trust) that weaves throughout the movement part (the first 20 to 30 minutes) and a 15 to 20 minutes guided meditation at the end.

Mindful Movement is about

  • Improving body awareness and posture.

Mindful movement classes are suitable for everyone and anyone: From those who have never done yoga before or who have lost trust in their bodies, to regular yogis looking to reconnect with their minds and bodies - and learn some psychology and neuroscience facts along the way.

Calming Movement


Calming Movement classes are designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you unwind and de-stress. If you have done yoga before, think of a Yin style class.

Perfect for bringing your body and mind into a state of calm, rest and rejuvenation.

What to Expect

  • Gentle Poses: Slow, deliberate postures at your own pace. Learn to connect breath and movement to encourage relaxation.

  • Breathwork: Techniques to deepen and slow the breath, supporting nervous system regulation.

  • Props and Support: Use of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body and enhance comfort.

Suitable for

  • Anyone experiencing high levels of stress or anxiety, seeking improved sleep and relaxation, or just wanting to calm the nervous system.

  • Practitioners wanting to balance more vigorous exercise routines with calming sessions. 

Energising Movement


Energising Movement Classes are designed to up-regulate your nervous system, stimulate your energy levels, elevate your mood, and enhance your overall vitality. If you have done yoga before, think of a blend of Hatha / Bikram / Vinyasa.

Perfect to shake off fatigue and make you feel strong and confident.

What to Expect

  • Dynamic Sequences: Engage in energizing sequences that boost circulation and awaken your muscles.

  • Breathwork: Learn specific breathing exercises that elevate energy levels and improve focus.

  • Invigorating Poses: Focus on poses that open the chest, and extend the spine, lengthening and strengthening.
