Q: Is this psychotherapy?

A: No! AM Mind Your Body offers a range of products and services aimed at supporting people to find simple ways to connect back with body and mind, and to manage every day stress.

All information provided on this website and in all AMMYB’s products and services are of general nature.

And that’s a big difference to psychological therapy (aka psychotherapy): Psychotherapy is specifically tailored to an individual’s needs and concerns, utilizing evidence-based modalities (such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or other types of psychological therapy). AM Mind Your Body is not and does not provide psychological therapy. 

Q: What do you offer then?

A: AM Mind Your Body currently offers a suite of products and services (pls check for details on launch dates and event dates), including:

-      Online / e-Course “Keeping the Body in Mind”

-       Mindful Movement classes (in person and online)

-       Webinars / Seminars / Keynote speaker appearances (all upon request)

Q: Can I make an appointment?

A: AM Mind Your Body does not provide counseling / psychotherapy services, or one-on-one consultations. We offer online / e-courses and programs that include the option of being part of our MYB-Community!

Q: What if I need urgent mental health support?

If you require emergency support, please call 000 immediately, or present to the Emergency department of your nearest hospital. If you require non-emergency mental health support, please call the Mental Health Triage (13 14 65) or Lifeline (13 11 14).
